Almost Christmas

"There’s one good thing about snow: it makes your lawn look as nice as your neighbor’s. " --Clyde Moore

A few more inches of snow today. I left work early today, only to spend that extra time off shoveling. The dense thickets of trees along the freeway are so beautiful that it makes up for the work clearing the driveway. Chris is in the process of taking his last exam of the semester right now. Tomorrow, we fly to Indiana - Christmas break is almost upon us.

The pictures below capture our front and back yard. During the previous snowstorm, Chris shoveled a path for Greta (picture is from a couple days ago). The snow is so high in the backyard right now that Greta can jump the back fence separating our yard from the neighbors. And she did. She blatantly galloped over the fence right in front of me. Luckily, I was able to grab her before she ran over to the bunny cages (third picture).

Ahhh...the snow looks lovely! We really miss that in Texas! :) But, we're in Steamboat now with Dave's family, so we're getting our fill of snow! Thanks for your sweet Christmas picture and note! Love, Beth
