St. Paul Outing

After we saw an ad in the paper for a wood-carving exhibit at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, Chris and I decided to stop after church Sunday. Chris and I have a special fondness for the Landmark Center because we held our wedding reception at the building. Once we arrived downtown St. Paul and parked, we walked through an ice sculpture exhibit outside the Landmark Center and then stopped to listen to a Mozart birthday celebration being put on for free by the Minnesota Symphony Orchestra in the Center's main auditorium. It was a fun surprise to stumble upon so many events.

The wood-carving exhibit had a special section on spoons. Here's one of the incredible examples and then some other photos.

Fiona's first exposure to orchestral music.
